Orders paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) are priced in Canadian currency, but are billed in local currencies at the exchange rate in force at the time the credit card transaction is processed.
Shipping for all orders is by ordinary post. Shipping charges are added to each order.
To order online you need not be a member of PayPal. (Click on the Catalogue link in the sidebar, then click DME Titles or Other Titles and you can navigate to the item you wish to order via PayPal.)
